    Renowned Early Childhood Educator from Prairie Hill Waldorf School brings an hour of fun for children and parents alike. 

    Each 1 hour long event includes: Finger Plays, Songs, a Puppet Play or Story, and a Craft  based on the theme.

  • HAWS Meet & Greet Ice Cream Social

    Once again, Good Harvest will be hosting a HAWS Ice Cream Social and Adoptable Pet Meet & Greet! It’s going to be a fun day full of special treats and furry animals! From 11-3pm, the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS) will be here with their mobile adoption cart where you can learn about their adoptable animals and about the amazing work this organization does for our community.

    We will be hosting a cook out from 11am-3pm, serving grilled, house made brats, all natural beef hot dogs and organic portabellas. We will also have water, soda and tap kombucha available.

    And for desert, how about an organic ice cream sundae? Creamy and delicious, high quality organic ice cream and toppings will be served to build your own special sundae! We will even have dairy free options!

    To support the good work HAWS does for our community, all ice cream sale proceeds are donated to HAWS. We hope you will join us for this fun filled day!

  • How Acupuncture Can Get Rid Of Pain

    David will discuss the fundamental concepts of acupuncture and how acupuncture works.  He will then bridge the gap of understanding between how Chinese medicine and Western medicine deal with pain. 

    He will go on to explain how acupuncture is the world leader when it comes to the treatment of pain and how it can help you deal with your pain specifically.

    Demonstrations will follow with trigger point massage to relieve any individuals pain at the end of the talk.

  • Green Drinks Networking Group

    The Waukesha Clean Water Plant serves the city of Waukesha and sections of surrounding communities with some of the highest water quality in the state. Explore the biological water treatment process, the equipment and facilities. The latest plant upgrade included resource recovery facilities and sustainable practices.

    Nate Tillis has an associate degree in Environmental Health and Water Quality with MATC and a Bachelor’s degree with UW-Parkside in Sustainable Management. He has been in wastewater treatment for 17 years in municipal and industrial facilities. He now serves as Maintenance Supervisor with the city of Waukesha Clean Water plant where he oversees maintenance staff, equipment reliability, and collections systems.

  • Backpack Coalition Round Up Day, PLUS Fill the Bus!

    We will be hosting the Backpack Coalition again this year and supporting their efforts to provide school supplies to needy families. Each year the BCI organizes, collects, assembles and distributes approximately 2,000 backpacks with grade appropriate school supplies to students in grades K-12 throughout Waukesha County. Backpacks and school supplies are provided free of charge from contributions donated by individuals, families, groups, churches and companies.

    Good Harvest will be the Pewaukee drop-off location for the Fill the Bus campaign this year between the hours of 9am and 2:30pm. In addition, all customers will have the option of rounding up their grocery to help the cause.
