What is the value of using the new loyalty App?

We are truly excited about our enhanced loyalty program and how it will benefit you.  Here are some of the great features of this program:

  • Earn rewards every time you shop
  • Member only savings
  • View your savings progress
  • No paperwork required! Just download the app to sign up.
  • No member card required! Just pull out your phone and we’ll scan it for your member savings.
  • Get notified of special offers via email or view them right on your mobile device

 

Why should I sign up for the App?

We want to reward our frequent shoppers like you for your loyalty.  Only our loyalty program members will receive sale prices on our monthly specials, be able to take advantage of our special discount days, and be eligible to receive special offers and rebates directly on your account.

 

How do I sign up?

Search for 'Good Harvest Market' in the Apple iTunes Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android), download the app and create your account.  It’s as easy as 1-2-3!  This is your BEST option because you will receive full benefits of the program and have access to savings right on your mobile device.

 

What if I don’t have a Smart Phone? 

If you do not have access to a smart phone you can register online via our website.  However, in order to receive any special offers or coupons you will have to go to the online portal and push those offers to your cart before you go shopping so that you can receive the full benefits at checkout.  If you don’t want to use the online interface to get your coupons, you can still get sale prices as long as you are a member.

Can my family use the same loyalty rewards account?

Yes!  As long as you and your family members all download the app and log in to your account using the same login information, every purchase your family makes will count toward your rebate. 

 

Can I use the app at the café counter?

Unfortunately, no.  The café and store are on different systems. 

 

If I don’t use the app, can I still get special offers?

Yes.  You will need to utilize the online portal to manage your offers and coupons before each shopping trip.  If you don’t want to use the online interface to get your coupons, you can still get sale prices as long as you are a member.  However, using the app is the easiest and best option.

 

How do I know if I have a special offer/How do I find my offers?

You will be able to see all of your special offers and rebates right on the home page of your app.  You will also be able to search the database for valuable vendor coupons and add them to your cart for checkout.  In addition, you will receive email notifications of any offers just for you.  You can opt out of email notifications at any time. 

 

How do I sign up for your email list?

When you sign up for the ECO Loyalty Program, you will automatically be added to our mailing list.  You can also join our mailing list here.
