Café & Deli: This month in the cafe, join us as we celebrate Cinco de Mayo. It is celebrated in the United States and in parts of Mexico every 5th of May, primarily in the state of Puebla, where the holiday is called El Día de la Batalla de Puebla (The Day of the Battle of Puebla). In the state of Puebla, the date is observed to commemorate the Mexican army's unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. Join us on Monday May 5th for a Mexican fiesta on the hot bar and all week for handmade tamales from our Chef's Case. Later on in the Month, help us roll out summer as we celebrate National Beef Brisket Day. Join us on May 28th - we'll be serving grass fed brisket on the lunch hot bar and our legendary in-house smoked beef brisket from our Chef's Case.
