Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats {Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan}
1-1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
2 cups favorite plant based milk
1 small apple, cored and diced (can leave skins on)
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons chia seeds
Optional toppings: honey/maple syrup, more apples or your favorite nut
Place all ingredients in a 32-ounce mason jar and shake to combine. Place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Enjoy in the morning with preferred toppings.
