Grapes are one of the most popular fruits in the world because of their taste, texture, flavor, variety, and ease of portability. All grapes are nutritious and a source for quick energy, however purple varieties also offer numerous health benefits, many of which are attributed the high levels of anthocyanins and resveratrol they contain. Savory Grape Parmesan Salad
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup purple grapes
- ⅛ cup quality olive oil
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ⅛ teaspoon smoked sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- Combine red, green, and purple grapes into a large mixing bowl. If grapes are large, cut in half for smaller bite-size pieces.
- Add olive oil, parmesan cheese, sea salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and serve.
